Call for Proposals | Common Fund for Commodities
Deadline: 1 October 2026. Target Audience: SMEs, cooperatives, social enterprises, NGOs, and public or private sector entities based in or actively operating in one of the 101 CFC member countries, with at least 3 years of operational history. Opportunity Summary: The Common Fund for Commodities supports high-impact projects that improve smallholder livelihoods and inclusive local development. Priority areas include value chains, regenerative agriculture, local value addition, agtech and digital tools, financial access, and women entrepreneurship, with extra priority for LDCs, LLDCs, SIDCs, and forest-resource projects in the Congo Basin region. What It Supports:- Trade finance for companies linked to smallholder farmers.
- Regenerative agriculture and biodiversity protection.
- Local value addition with low environmental impact.
- Agtech and digital tools for inclusive, sustainable, and transparent value chains.
- Improving financial access for smallholder farmers.
- Women entrepreneurship and business solutions.
- The applicant must be based in or actively operating in a CFC member country.
- The project must be financially viable.
- The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of operational history.
- The application form and balance sheet/income statement must be submitted in English only.
