Opportunity Summary: This call seeks a recipient or consortium to receive an IFAD grant to implement an initiative focused on enhanced policy assessment for improving the country-level policy and investment environment for rural development. The total amount available is up to US$1.2 million. What It Supports:

• Policy analysis and assessment for rural development.
• Evidence and solutions supporting rural investment environments.
• Research-based and innovation-driven proposals.
• Implementation with clear outputs and practical deliverables.

Funding and Contribution:

• Total grant: up to US$1.2 million.
• Required counterpart contribution: at least 20% of the IFAD grant amount.
• For private sector institutions: at least 25% counterpart contribution.
• In-kind contributions may be considered.
