Opportunity Title: AACSOD Fourth Cycle 2026 - CSO Application - American University of Beirut NGOi Deadline: November 25, 2025, 5:00 PM Beirut Time (GMT+2) - Target Audience: Charities, non-profits, NGOs, or civil society organizations legally registered and operating in Lebanon, Egypt, or Oman Opportunity Summary: AACSOD NGOi at AUB is launching its fourth cycle selecting 15 small- to medium-sized CSOs from Lebanon, Egypt, or Oman to benefit from a 12-18 month organizational development program starting January 2026 with waived service fees and support from a national expert. Eligibility Criteria:

• Be a registered charity, non-profit, NGO or CSO
• Operating legally in Lebanon, Egypt or Oman
• Serving communities in those countries
• Completed at least 1 project or 2+ years of operations locally
• Ability to commit team effort for performance improvement
• Support diversity, equity, inclusion, fairness, respect for human rights, and community responsibility
• Communication ability in Arabic and/or English

Services Offered:

• Organizational development and institutional strengthening with mentoring, coaching, and regular monitoring
• Contextualized training in Arabic, English and French on NGO operations and strategic management
• Voluntary organizational certification process assessed via evidence-based criteria
• Assignment of a national expert to support each selected CSO
