Target Audience:Youth aged 18–35 from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia, Israel, or Syria, actively involved in civil society, volunteering, advocacy, or policy dialogue, with fluency in English.
Opportunity Summary:The YCSLP aims to develop the skills of 27 young civil society leaders across the Mediterranean in policy, dialogue, and advocacy, with the thematic focus for this cycle on “Inclusive Growth and Job Creation for Social Impact.” Participants benefit from a 9-month blended learning and exchange programme including online and physical trainings, a bootcamp, and support to implement a practical community action, each with €1,400 in funding.
Eligibility Criteria:
- National of one of the ten eligible Mediterranean countries.
- Aged 18–35 years.
- Active engagement in civil society, volunteering, or advocacy.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to propose and implement a community-based action during the programme.
- Belonging to a formal or informal CSO is an advantage.
- 9-month programme of interactive online and face-to-face training, peer exchange, and coaching.
- Membership in a regional network of emerging youth leaders.
- Technical and financial support (€1,400) for implementing a community-based action project.
- Opportunities to participate in Euro-Med platforms and events.
