Youth aged 18 to 30 living in Lebanon, interested in peacebuilding, committed to active participation and able to attend the full 7-day camp at YMCA Fares Camp in Ras El Maten, and never participated before in YMCA peacebuilding camps.Opportunity Summary:
The YMCA of Lebanon, in partnership with YMCA Finland and supported by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, invites young changemakers across Lebanon to participate in the 13th, 14th, and 15th Leadership for Peace residential camps in 2025.
These camps provide comprehensive leadership, peacebuilding, and civic engagement training to address Lebanon’s social and political challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Aged 18 to 30 years.
- Residing in Lebanon.
- Commitment to attend the full 7-day camp.
- Never participated in YMCA peacebuilding camps before.
- Open to dialogue, learning, and active engagement.
- Leadership and peacebuilding skill development.
- Supportive network of peers and mentors.
- Immersive residential camp experience.
