Call for Participation - Employability in Sports

Young men and women aged 18 to 25 living around Chiah, Ain el Remmaneh, Furn el Chebak, Hadath, and nearby areas, interested in developing skills in sports careers beyond coaching, including sports statisticians, commentators, photographers, journalists, livestreaming, and DJing for sports events.Opportunity Summary:
Chabibeh Sporting Club and The Lebanese Spotlight are implementing the YES project “Youth Empowerment through Sports, Arts and Education” under the WEAM program funded by Oxfam Italy and in partnership with Right to Play, Alef, and Shift.
This call targets 25 motivated youth to explore careers in sports fields beyond coaching, providing training workshops, a kickoff event, and paid internships for selected participants.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Aged 18 to 25 years.
- Residing in Chiah, Ain el Remmaneh, Furn el Chebak, Hadath, or nearby areas.
- Interested in developing competencies in the listed sports fields.
- Commitment to attend kickoff workshop, topic workshops, and final event.
- Specialized workshops in chosen sports fields.
- Opportunity for a paid internship lasting three months.
- Certificate of participation at the final event.
