Play for Nature 2025 Call for Biodiversity Conservation Project Proposals

Target Audience:
Civil society organizations worldwide working on biodiversity conservation projects focused on protecting threatened species and their habitats, with active involvement of local communities.
Opportunity Summary:
Play for Nature provides technical and financial support to associations implementing biodiversity conservation projects across four continents. Two types of projects are funded:

Biodiversity conservation projects including fauna and flora monitoring, scientific studies, species reintroductions, combined with awareness campaigns and educational programs.

Biodiversity conservation projects using sport and sporting events as tools to raise awareness and engage local communities in biodiversity protection.
Eligibility Criteria:

Non-governmental organizations active in biodiversity conservation.

Projects must focus on biodiversity conservation objectives and community awareness.

Benefits:

Grants ranging from €5,000 to €15,000.

Ongoing technical support throughout project implementation.
