Opportunity Summary
The Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition (CEC) is a global platform empowering entrepreneurs, especially youth, to contribute to a more peaceful and sustainable world. The 2025 edition focuses exclusively on idea submissions, not existing projects, with a commitment to one or more SDGs. The competition has three phases:
- Submit a short pitch and complete special training courses and an Entrepreneurial Design Canvas (EDC).
- Public voting on qualified ideas.
- Final evaluation by an expert jury selecting winners based on criteria including entrepreneurial vision, innovation, leadership, social impact, and sustainability Winners are announced in an online awards ceremony
Eligibility Criteria:
- Submit an innovative entrepreneurial idea aligned with the SDGs.
- Submissions must be in English.
- Adherence to competition rules and submission guidelines.
