The Arab Women Organization announces a Train-the-Trainer (TOT) course conducted via Zoom titled "Empowering Women in Agricultural Project Management." The course aims to develop female agricultural managers capable of designing and delivering training courses to transfer knowledge and skills to women workers in the agricultural sector, thereby improving agricultural productivity and enhancing food security

Eligibility Criteria

Age between 30 and 50 years

Ownership or management of a successful agricultural institution employing at least 5 women

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in agricultural management

Nationality of a member state of the Arab Women Organization

Commitment to attend the full online course

Willingness to transfer acquired skills to other women
