تقدم الحكومة التركية برنامج منح شامل وممول بالكامل للطلاب الدوليين للدراسة في أرقى الجامعات التركية. يهدف برنامج "Türkiye Scholarships" إلى بناء شبكة من القادة المستقبليين لتعزيز التعاون بين الدول وفهم المجتمعات لبعضها البعض.
تشمل المنحة الدعم المالي، الرسوم الدراسية، الإقامة، التأمين الصحي، وتوفير فرصة الالتحاق بالجامعة بالإضافة إلى الأنشطة الأكاديمية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
